Happiness is a state of mind, and so true happiness can only be found within our own mind. Learn to create a deep, lasting joy and contentment that comes from a positive, balanced and light mind – without needing to change your external circumstances.




Day courses are an ideal way to learn more about meditation and inner peace. Each course examines a particular aspect of Buddha’s teachings in greater depth than would be possible during an evening class. Particular attention is paid to how meditation can be used in practice especially in solving problems in our daily life.
