October Stop the Week
Meal & Meditation
Spanish Evening
@ Buddha Land KMC, Keighley
Saturday 24 October, 7.15pm – 9.30pm
Let go of the week’s strains and stresses with a guided meditation, then enjoy a delicious home-cooked Spanish vegetarian meal and great company
You are invited to relax at the end of the week at Buddha Land Kadampa Meditation Centre, Keighley.
The evening begins at 7.00pm with a guided meditation and short talk to bring inner peace and spiritual focus to the week. This can get neglected during the busyness of the week so this is a chance to readdress the balance. This is followed by dinner at our World Peace Cafe. It is also a fantastic opportunity to meet others who are interested in meditation.
The cost of the evening is £17 per person. Please book in advance using the booking link below or you can book in the World Peace Cafe.
Make it a complete evening
Earlier in the evening, we are holding a special public talk, Digital Detox, with Gen-la Kelsang Kunsang at Central Hall, Keighley, from 5.30pm to 6.45pm.
If you would like to attend both events, you can book a combined ticket for just £25, saving £4 on the normal combined price of £29.
Central Hall is just a 5-minute walk from Buddha Land, so there is plenty of time to make your way to the Meal & Meditation after the talk.
