The Walks for World Peace combine walking and meditation, giving an opportunity to meet like minded people from the various meditation groups run by Buddha Land. Walks typically last up to 3hrs including a break for meditation and lunch. On route there is a simple guided meditation that is suitable for beginners and those experience in meditation alike.
