Weekly & Monthly Meditation Classes

Solve daily problems, develop peace of mind, improve your health and find meaning & purpose in life. Classes include guided meditations and explanation of how to meditate and practise in daily life. They are run on a drop-in basis so you can join at any stage.

Classes are suitable for complete beginners, those with some experience of meditation and more advanced meditators wishing to go deeper with their practice.

Learn to be more peaceful, positive and happy in 2026. Start the New Year with positive intentions for the year ahead.  Many people resolve to begin the New Year with a programme for improving their physical health.  In these meditation classes you can learn to develop a healthier, happier mind and improve your mental health and spiritual wellbeing.

This series of classes will explore why happiness and peaceful states of mind are short-lived, whilst negative states of mind, such as irritation and upset seem to appear with remarkable ease.
We will get to the root of our anger problem and look at methods to solve this through the practice of patience.

Prayers & meditations dedicated to World Peace. Feel empowered to change yourself and change the world with the Buddhist practice of loving kindness. These session include a short teaching, beautiful prayers and time to focus on solutions to problems in daily life, including genuine optimism and increased happiness.
