Meditation Workshop
@ Buddha Land KMC, Keighley
Sunday 5 July, 2pm – 5pm

Our life is in a constant state of flux. Since there is no way to stop things changing, we need to be flexible in the face of unexpected problems. Learn to keep a clear and peaceful mind in the midst of life’s dramas.
