Purifying the Past
Meditation Half Day Course
@ Buddha Land KMC, Keighley
Saturday 20 December, 10am – 1pm
In-person & Livestream
Learn how to purify the effects of our negative actions, by applying the four “opponent powers”, which can powerfully purify our negative karma.
It is not uncommon to feel weighed down mentally by the heavy burden of negativity. Under the influence of delusions we have created a great deal of negative karma, as a result we now experience many difficulties and suffering.
No matter how negative our mind is, there is a way to find peace. We have the opportunity to purify our mind completely and develop a calm and peaceful mind by engaging in Buddhist purification practice.
This course is suitable for everyone from complete beginners to experienced meditators.
Refreshments are available in our World Peace Café during the course.
The cost of the Meditation Workshop is £15 (Monthly Members £5, FP Monthly Members £0).
Our monthly membership programme offers access to all our weekly classes as well as discounts on courses for only £20 per month – Learn more.
