Online classes are now running alongside the in-person classes. They are available to livestream for monthly members who live in our catchment area.
All classes are running this week as normal.
Foundation Programme is near the start of a new book ‘Universal Compassion’, its a great time to come along and try it if you think you might be interested. It is also livestreamed. We have two different Foundation Programme on Monday evenings and Thursday evenings. Foundation Programme is a great way to explore the teachings in greater depth and to go deeper with your meditation and study. Read more about Foundation Programme here.
