New Year, New You
@ Buddha Land KMC, Keighley
Saturday 28 January, 10am – 1pm
Develop a happy peaceful mind with simple yet effective meditations that will allow you to make positive changes for the year ahead.
The new year is a symbol of possibility. Many of us wish to make changes and for our lives to go in a better direction, but for that to happen we need to connect with the potential that exists within our minds. Many people resolve to begin the New Year with a programme for improving their physical health. In this workshop you can learn to develop a healthier mind to improve your mental and spiritual well-being.
This workshop will include guided meditations, which will help you to develop a peaceful and positive mind so that your year is fulfilling and meaningful. This course is suitable for everyone from complete beginners to experienced meditators.
Refreshments are available in our World Peace Café during the workshop.
The cost of the Workshop is £15 (GP Centre Card £5, FP member £0).
