Living Fearlessly – Transforming Pain
Half Day Course
@ Burnley KBC
Saturday 27 April, 2pm – 5pm
In-person and livestream
Learn to accept and see beyond painful feelings using meditation. Explore how to transform physical and mental pain into spiritual insights, increasing our inner strength and resilience along the way.
Dealing with physical or emotional pain can be draining and discouraging. Although we cannot always change our physical conditions, we can learn to change how we react to it. The intensity of pain can be reduced by focusing on it in ways that are conducive to inner peace.
Refreshments are available in our World Peace Café during the course.
The cost of the Meditation Half Day Course is £15 (Monthly Members £5, FP Monthly Members £0).
Our monthly membership programme offers access to all our weekly classes as well as discounts on courses for only £20 per month – Learn more.
