How to Stop Overthinking
@ Buddha Land KMC, Keighley
Saturday 9 March, 10am – 1pm
In-person & Livestream
Slow down your mind and find inner peace. By learning to address overthinking we can both find greater happiness and open doors to our spiritual progress.
Over thinking can tie us up in knots and bring us down. This morning meditation workshop will help those of us who find ourselves sometimes stuck in repetitive, negative and unhelpful thought patterns. By drawing upon the wisdom of Buddhist teachings we can learn practical tools for managing our thoughts and making our minds calmer and more peaceful..
Our half day meditation courses are an ideal way to learn more about meditation and inner peace. They are designed for those who are new to meditation but also for those who would like to improve and deepen their understanding.
Refreshments are available in our World Peace Café during the course.
