Transform Your Life
In Person @Bolton Abbey Village Hall, N Yorks
Sunday 3 October, 9.30am – 5pm
We return to meditate in the peace and tranquility of the Yorkshire Dales at Bolton Abbey Village Hall.
Unlock the hidden secrets of your mind by engaging in powerful guided meditations that you can put into practice in your everyday life, with immediate beneficial results.
On retreat we step back from our normal activities to focus on solving our problems through meditation practice. During this retreat day we will explore meditations that enable us to access inner peace and joy, and maintain these even when we are experiencing difficulties in our life. Connecting to the natural peace and joy within our mind opens us up to recognising and identifying with the potential for happiness, love, compassion and other good qualities that exist within each and every one of us.
This retreat will be based on meditations and practices for daily life explained in the inspiring book ‘How to Transform Your Life’ by Geshe Kelsang.
A packed lunch & refreshments are included and there will be time in between retreat sessions, if you wish, to enjoy and relax in the surrounding countryside.
The cost of the day retreat is £30 (Centre Membership Scheme £20)
