A natural byproduct of meditating is that our stress and tension falls away and racing thoughts that can keep us awake gradually subside. Learn meditations to help you destress, unwind, relax and sleep more soundly.
Meditation helps to overcome negative states of mind such as anger, impatience and jealousy, and to cultivate more peaceful and positive minds such as patience and love,When our mind is peaceful, calm and relaxed, it is far easier to fall asleep and we rest more fully.
Workshops are a perfect way to both relax and develop internally. They are ideal for those who are new to meditation and those who would like to improve.
The cost of the workshop is £15 (GP Centre Card £5).
This course will be taught by Kelsang Dra-ma a student of the Teacher Training Programme at Buddha Land Buddhist Centre, Keighley.
