A mandala is a ritual offering where you envisage the entire universe transformed into a pure world. A beautiful & creative practice, it is an extraordinary method for generating positive energy and good fortune.
In this practical course, we will learn what a mandala is, the significance and importance of mandalas and how they can be used to increase positivity and let go of negativity in our mind. Making and offering mandalas is a method to accumulate a vast amount of merit and is a powerful method to make authentic spiritual progress.
You will have the opportunity in the course to construct a mandala offering – a template and guidance will be sent prior to the course.

This course will be taught by Gen Kelsang Päljin the Resident Teacher of Burnley Kadampa Buddhist Centre and of Buddha Land Buddhist Centre, Keighley. He is a Buddhist monk with over 20 years’ experience of practising and teaching Buddhist meditation.
