Learn to be more peaceful, positive and happy in 2021. Start the New Year with positive intentions for the year ahead. Many people resolve to begin the New Year with a programme for improving their physical health. In these meditation classes you can learn to develop a healthier, happier mind and improve your mental health and spiritual wellbeing.
True happiness cannot be attained by ever increasing control over our imperfect external world. Step back from your normal activities and focus on solving your problems through meditation practice, using powerful techniques practised for thousands of years.
In these classes we will learn meditations and methods drawn from the Buddhist tradition for developing and maintaining peace of mind.

The 11am class on Thursday morning is taught by Kelsang Dra-ma, a student of the Teacher Training Programme at Buddha Land Buddhist Centre, Keighley.
NB At present (as of January 2021), the Thursday morning class in Buddha Land is not running.
