Led by one of the Teachers of Buddha Land & Burnley Kadampa Centres, these short morning meditations provide quality teaching and guidance. Simply by investing 30 minutes of our time in a morning, we will feel the benefit throughout our day and can reconnect at any time in our day to the peace that lies within.
