Meditations for a Peaceful Mind

This workshop teaches how to achieve and maintain a clear and peaceful mind through simple meditation techniques. Anyone can practise these techniques and derive immense benefit from them.
If our mind is peaceful, we will be free from worries and mental discomfort, and so we will experience true happiness; but if our mind is not peaceful, we will find it very difficult to be happy, even if we are living in the very best conditions.
Meditation is a simple yet profound method to improve the quality of our lives and develop inner peace. Through meditation we can learn to let go of the causes of our pain and dissatisfaction and gain the happiness and clarity that we seek. .
Workshops are a perfect way to both relax and develop internally. They are ideal for those who are new to meditation and those who would like to improve.
