Day Retreat

Sunday 18th April, 9.30am – 5pm
A second Retreat day in the peace and tranquility of the Yorkshire Dales. Enjoy meditations that enable us to overcome feelings of anger, frustration and annoyance and increase our ability to accept difficulties in our lives with a patient and joyful mind.
Create a reservoir of patience that will enable you to master life’s challenges, making effective decisions while maintaining a peaceful mind.
A day retreat is an opportunity to gain a deep understanding of Buddha’s teachings and have a special experience of inner peace.
A packed lunch is included and there will be time in between retreat sessions, if you wish, to enjoy and relax in the surrounding countryside.
