Finding Peace in Uncertain Times
Day Retreat
In Person @Bolton Abbey Village Hall, N Yorks
Saturday 12 March, 9.30am – 5pm
Enjoy a meditation day in the Yorkshire Dales. Keep a happy mind in the face of difficulties with simple and effective meditations for developing inner peace in a changing world.
This is the first of 2 Day Retreats . Each can be attended seperately or you may wish to attend both. For bookings for both days, there will be a £10 discount.
Day One will focus on Finding Peace in Uncertain Times . We live in uncertain times and it is easy to be troubled by the difficulties we see. Times of change and uncertainty can be unsettling, but they also can be transformative. Discover Buddha’s teachings on keeping calm and positive amidst conflict and chaos.
Day Two will focus on Breaking Free from Limitations. Learn to break free from destructive or limiting self-images to accomplish a deep and lasting transformation to become the person you want to be. In doing so, learn how to live a meaningful, rewarding life that benefits both yourself and others.
A packed lunch, refreshments, and parking are included and there will be time in between retreat sessions, if you wish, to enjoy and relax in the surrounding countryside.
The cost of the day retreat is £35 (Centre Membership Scheme £25) or or for both days £60 (Centre Membership Scheme £40)
