Taking and Giving
Half Day Course
Burnley Kadampa Buddhist Centre
Saturday 29 Apr, 10am – 1pm
The ancient practice of taking and giving brings mental peace and happiness, increasing our spiritual strength and capacity to overcome challenges, whilst developing a supreme good heart.
Taking and giving is a profound method to transform our personal problems, our relationships and our world so that they give rise to love, joy, compassion and wisdom. In this course we will learn meditations on taking away the suffering from others and giving out love, compassion, happiness and purity of mind.
Day Courses are an ideal way to learn more about meditation and inner peace. They are ideal for those who are new to meditation and those who would like to improve.
The cost of the half day course is £12 (GP Centre Card £5). Refreshments are available in our World Peace Cafe during the course.
