March Sunday Out
Sunday 19 Mar 11.00am – 1.00pm
Enjoy a Sunday morning out at Buddhaland with a meditation class and brunch. After the busyness of our week here is an opportunity to relax and take a short break, and help restore ourselves with some spirituality, inner peace, and happiness from within.
There will be calming guided meditations and a short teaching followed by a speciality brunch at our World Peace Café where we can meet others interested in meditation.
At the same time there will be a Children’s class with meditation aimed specifically for young people. There will a short talk, guided meditations and craft activities. The childrens class is a great way for children to learn how difficulties come from the mind and to start to overcome them. They can learn to relax through meditation letting go of daily concerns and developing a fresh and positive outlook. Buddha’s teachings help us to understand the experiences of others, to overcome selfishness and to cherish others. Everyone under 13 and over 5 is welcome but an adult needs to come along as well.
Meditation class 11am – 12noon
Children’s class 11am – 12noon
Brunch 12noon – 1pm
Feel free to come to just the first hour or to stay on for Brunch. If you would like to stay for brunch please email us or use the booking link below.
Pay as You Feel (PAYF).
If you would like more information about these classes, if you would like to check about the suitability of them or have any other queries please send us an email or give us a call.
