Letting Go of Anger, Frustration, and Irritation
Friends Meeting House, Skipton
Saturday 27 October, 2.00pm – 5.00pm
Explore simple techniques for letting go of anger and maintaining a calm and positive mind when things go wrong.
We often respond to difficult situations by becoming unhappy and angry. However, this destroys our mental peace and prevents us from making positive decisions.
Anger harms our health, our relationships and our peace of mind. Buddha taught powerful methods for letting go of anger. Following this advice we can understand better why we get cross and how to prevent it.
This course will include guided meditations, which will help you to develop a peaceful and positive mind. Our workshops are a perfect way to both relax and develop internally. They are ideal for those who are new to meditation and those who would like to improve.
The cost of the workshop is £15 (GP Centre Card £5).
This course will be are taught by Kelsang Dra-ma a student of the Teacher training Programme at Buddha Land Buddhist Centre, Keighley
