Explore the practice of Medicine Buddha, which helps us to dispel the negative minds that create inner pain and suffering.
Through connecting to the powerful healing blessings of Medicine Buddha we can experience the pure nature of our mind and understand the spiritual methods to cure ourselves inner and outer sicknesses. By following the instructions of the practice of Medicine Buddha we can learn how to heal both ourselves and others.
On retreat we step back from our normal activities to focus on solving our problems through meditation practice. During this retreat day we will explore meditations that enable us to access and maintain inner peace and joy, even when experiencing difficulties.
10am – 11.15am – Session 1 guided meditation
11.45am – 12.45pm – Session 2 guided meditation
2.15pm – 3.30pm – Session 3 guided meditation
4pm – 5pm – optional Session 4 (Heart Jewel with guided meditation)

Buddha Land Kadampa Buddhist Centre has a raised ground floor cafe/shop and a first floor meditation room. Entrance to the ground floor is via 6 steps.
The centre is open Tuesday to Saturday 10am til 4pm (9.30am on Saturdays).
The Centre is situated on Keighley War Memorial Square between Abbey National and Speaks Work Wear. It is opposite Keighley Bus Station and the Airedale Centre.
It is 5min walk from Keighley Train Station.
Parking is readily available during the day either in the town centre car parks or in unrestricted street parking which starts about 5min walk away from the building. After 6pm and on Sundays town centre car parking is free. There are disabled parking bays oposite the building and alongside Abbey National.
