Healing the Mind – Blessing Empowerment of Medicine Buddha
Buddha Land Kadampa Buddhist Centre, Keighley
Sunday 3 Dec, 10am-4.30pm
An empowerment is a beautiful ceremony in which we can receive the blessings of and make a connecton with an enlightened being who can help us both in our meditation practice and in everyday life. This empowerment will be granted by Gen Kelsang Paljin our Resident Teacher.
According to Buddha all sickness and suffering, mental and physical, are caused by our delusions such as anger. These negative minds can be deeply ingrained, but by connecting to Medecine Buddha we can experience the pure nature of our mind and heal ourselves of these inner diseases. Please join us on this special day.
Day Courses are an ideal way to learn more about meditation and inner peace. They are ideal for those who are new to meditation and those who would like to improve.
The cost of the day course is £20 which includes lunch.
